These are some really good points.

I was in Jamaica for my first mission trip and those were some of the thoughts that ran through my head. We fail to realize that they are perfectly comfortable in the climate that they live in. What we fail to see is that what some of them really do need sometimes is medical attention and food. Not so much with shoes and clothing.
