I’ve often been asked the question “How do you get into so many countries and start so many ministries?” Usually my answer is “God leads, I just follow!” I think that many think that I’m just trying to sound humble. I believe that many actually think that I’m some kind of expert about “mission needs” We arrived at the little district hospital at lunch time. I was expecting to find the Emergency Department under-staffed at lunch hour but was thankful that the duty doctor and full complement of staff were all present. Thankfully, there were no other patients and they attended to us immediately. M needed urgent care. Our driver had On our return journey from the proposed camp-site in Batam, I fell asleep in the back of the van. It was an hour-long journey to get back to Batam for lunch. Suddenly, I heard the explosion of a tyre and felt the van swerving from side to side. Before I could react, the van had flipped Early this year a team of 4 from the Wilds Christian Camp in North Carolina, USA, came to Philippines to help us to train camp counsellors for our evangelistic camps (more on “e-camps” in later blogs).
